KPN is expressing interest in offering IPTV services in Belgium. It would use the infrastructure in Belgium that it acquired from Tele2 in 2007. KPN has not made a decision to enter the Belgian IPTV market at this time.
IPTV is now table stakes in the European broadband market. I do not think that KPN has any choice but to offer IPTV in order to compete in the Belgian IPTV market.
